LB Cleanup Services is a great company, they have been servicing our motel Blue Waters Treasure Island for almost 2 years now and we couldn’t be happier! We had several service providers before and now with them, we have a one stop shop service. They take care of every checkout cleaning, our laundry, the exterior cleaning and even give a great customer service for all our guests! They aren’t the cheapest company out there but we do pay for what we get and they have always delivered more! We couldn’t be happier with Barbara, Lucas and their team. They are very organized, professional, honest and does a great job! Highly recommend.

LB will clean your house very well with no complaints 90% of the time and if that's the only thing that matters to you, then they're a good choice. We worked with them for almost 2 years for our STR's and they were dependable. That said, not only are their base rates very high, but they will nickle-and-dime you every step of the way. A couple examples: they would charge a fee if I allowed a guest to check out late. It didn't matter how far in advance I told them, they would charge a fee. When I asked how far in advance would you need to know, they responded, but didn't answer the question, if that makes any sense. However, they would ask me (on several occasions) to let them know if someone was checking out early so they could clean early. I don't care for double standards. Another example, they charged an additional fee if there was a dog in the house... even if there is zero trace of there being a dog.. they would charge a fee. When I asked to understand this better... again, no answer to the question. Our house at the beach is just over 1,200 SF and we had cleaning turnovers over $400 sometimes. I could go on and on about all their fees, but I won't. Additionally, but without naming names, the ownership was just unpleasant to work with. This is the first time I've ever left a negative review for ANYTHING... but I think it's important to paint the full picture. I'm sure she'll comment on this review and defer all accountability, but I hope this is helpful regardless. Good luck!

After seeing their business on Facebook I reached out for a quote. They came by the next day, gave me a quote, and were able to move things around to fit us in for a deep cleaning before the holidays! Very thorough, professional and took their time. Highly recommend!!

Amazing!! My house has never been so clean! Everything is sparkling! I couldn’t find a spec of dust if I tried. Every surface was emptied and cleaned, my bathrooms are spotless, and my floors are shining! Barbara is so sweet and trustworthy. Very happy!

Barbara cleans our vacation rental house "Bikini Beach House". She is super detailed, organized, pleasant to work with and does and amazing job cleaning this house.
