How do I give feedback on my cleaning?

Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we highly encourage our customers to give us feedback so we continually customize your service. The feedback we receive helps us to serve you better, correct any problems and give praise to the cleaners who meet and exceed expectations. Our professional cleaners are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. We customize services to accommodate your preferences so you never have to worry about paying for a service you don’t need or want.

Can I provide the team with special instructions?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Your preferences give us the structure we need to enhance your cleaning experience and ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your home’s level of cleanliness. In order to be sure that your preferences are recorded in your cleaning plan, we recommend that you call us directly. We will be happy to log your needs in your file so you don’t have to reiterate them every time we arrive for service.

How long will my services take?

We will happily give a time frame for each customer during the initial quote. Our team will never rush out of a home or office unless it is up to our high standards, so we ask that customers that are receiving service mid-day allow for some variance as there could be traffic or a few finishing touches to be completed before moving on to the next location.

What else do you offer besides a regular clean?

We offer a variety of services to fit your needs such as deep cleans, move in/out cleaning, office cleaning, vacation rentals cleaning and much more.

My home has been renovated – can you clean it?

Renovation or post construction cleaning are different from normal cleans. If you have had your floors, walls, countertops, cabinets replaced; or if you have had your home painted; or room additions; we will need to quote you based on your specific needs.

Are you okay with pets being in the home during a cleaning service?

Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional cleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.

Supplies

Do I need to supply cleaning equipment?
No! We’ll bring all of the equipment necessary.
Do you provide the supplies?
We can provide all supplies unless you would prefer for us to use your own.
Is your cleaning eco-friendly?
We do provide eco-friendly supplies upon request. Just ask us and we’ll make sure to use the greenest of products.

Who does LB Cleanup Services hire to clean my home?
We’re proud to offer professional house cleaning services and we employ cleaners who pride themselves on top-quality services. You can rest assured that all of our professional cleaners are fully trained and undergo an extensive background check. We respect all of our customers by never smoking, drinking, eating, or using appliances during our cleanings. We wear our uniforms with pride and confidently and carry out services that exceed expectations. We also undergo regular training to ensure that we’re always up to date with all of the latest and greatest cleaning techniques. For additional safety and peace of mind, we also back all of our work with warranty. These are just a few of the many reasons why customers trust LB Cleanup Services.
How many cleaners will be at my house?
In most cases, our cleaners work solo or in small teams of two. There is just no better way to provide you with a more personalized, non-intrusive service. Think about it. Our cleaners clean 2, maybe 3 homes a day. They get to know you and your home. If we sent in larger teams, they would have to clean upwards of 5, 6, 7 or even 8 homes a day. That's 40 homes a week...and that's crazy. Sure, our cleanings may take a little longer but we feel strongly in the benefits of a more personal service.
Will I always have the same cleaner?
We believe that it’s very important to always send the same cleaner or team to clean your home and we do everything in our control to make this possible. Sometimes that’s not always possible due to illness, vacations or days off. But don’t worry! If your regular cleaner or team is out, we will send another amazing cleaner who has gone through extensive training to ensure that the quality of our work is always consistent.

Recurrence/Scheduling

Do I have to schedule routine cleanings?
We want to make your life easier, so if routine cleanings will do that, let’s schedule them! If not, no worries! Just give us a call to schedule your occasional cleaning when you’re ready.
How often can you provide service?
LB Cleanup Services is happy to provide service once a week, every other week, or once a month, depending on your cleaning needs. You can also request cleaning services for post construction cleaning, as well as move-out and move-in cleaning, because we work on a no-contract basis, you can update or change your cleaning plan to fit your busy schedule, budget, and cleaning needs.
What if my scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday?
If your cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you prior to your cleaning and reschedule your cleaning for the day that better suits you.

Payment


What will my services cost?

The cost of cleaning is based on a number of factors. Each client’s needs are completely different, so prices will differ as well. The primary factors are the size and condition of your home and frequency of service. Every customer is guaranteed a free estimate whether you choose us or not, so please give us a call at (813) 842-9914 or check out our online calculator estimate to get a price range.

How do I pay?

Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter in a envelope, but we also accept online payments and credit card* payments upon request. If you do choose to write us a check, please make it payable to LB Cleanup Services.

*Credit card payments will be added to a service fee.

Why will my initial clean be more expensive than my other regularly scheduled services?
Over the years, we’ve found that the first cleaning service brings a home up to a specific standard and LB Cleanup Services is committed to upholding that standard. That’s why our initial cleaning may take longer and cost a little more than the rest of your services. We need the extra time to properly begin the process of eliminating germs, bacteria, bugs, mildew, soap scum, dust, and dirt from your home.

Safety


What is your cancellation policy?
If you ever need to cancel or skip a cleaning day, just contact us with two business day notice. This will give us time to organize our schedule. If we receive less than two business days’ notice, or can’t access your home, it may be necessary for us to charge up to the full price of your cleaning.
Do I need to be home during my scheduled services?
Absolutely not! We understand that work and personal life doesn’t allow for much free time and we wouldn’t want you to waste a single second. If you won’t be home during your scheduled service, just let us know.
How do you access my home?

Our cleaners need to get into your home somehow in order to banish those dust bunnies. You can choose one of these three options to allow us into your home:

  1. Most of our customers provide us with a house key that we keep at our office. Your key will be kept safe and secure..
  2. If it’s not possible to leave a key with us, you can always meet your cleaner at your home. If you’d like to wait for your cleaner, please remember that you will be given an arrival window of about 4 hours — such as 9am to 1pm, or 11am to 3pm. Because many factors can affect arrival time, and we never want to rush out of a home, smaller arrival windows can’t be provided.
  3. There are many customers that also provide us with a code when they have an electronic keyless door lock. Your code will be kept safe and secure.
  4. If neither of the above is possible, call us and we’ll work with you to make alternate arrangements.
What if something in my home gets broken?

We know that cleaning your home requires our cleaners  to dust, polish or scrub virtually everything in order to get the clean we’re known for. We also know that sometimes accidents happen. So if any damage or loss does occur, just notify us  within 24 hours of the cleaning date, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
